What we think:
Iris Torrefie is a really nice iris frragrance! The coffee note is mocha-like, with a rich yet subtle chocolate-like accord. We like that they didn't do an overload of bitter coffee, and instead made it more sophisticated and well-blended without having the coffee screaming it's presence.
The cardamom adds an airy light spice that works perfectly here, and of course there's a large amount of iris. The iris and leather work together to create a "brand new leather handbag" type of accord, in a nice way. (We're not sure if leather is actually in the official notes for this, but it has that type of scent!) It then develp[s into a rich, ambery sweetness with some creamy yet refined sandalwood.
Well-blended and smells classy!
