What we think:
Hamptons has a clean laundry-style fresh opening where citrus meets white floral. The white florals don't make the scent feminine in this case; they just add to the airy clean sweet brightness. It has a fresh dry almost gin-like aspect to it at times too, along with fuzzy clean white musk.
Some people compare this to Silver Mountain Water by Creed, and while it doesn't smell identical, we think it's fair to say it would be appropriate for the same types of situations. It fits into the same category of starting with crisp freshness and ending with creamy woods and musk.
Many people consider Hamptons to be an ideal summer fragrance.
