What we think:
Trompette 8 has lots of balsamic elemi with cold church-y incense and black and pink pepper, and labdanum that continues to come out as it dries down. There's also dry cedar wood, and an austere vibe to the scent.
It's inspirted by the sound of a trumpet, but to us it really does a good job of actually smelling like a trumpet mouthpiece itself in a way! High quality take on cold incense, spice, and balsamic resinous notes.
