Gallivant London EDP Sample

What we think:

A nice take on the notes list! It's dewy, sparkling spring rain with fresh florals, yet with a worn leather jacket and cold cobblestone pavements in the mix as well. Gallivant London provides an interesting contrast, and is well-blended, so it doesn't feel like a clashing mess.

Some people compare it to Roses on Ice by Kilian, and both are very much in the fresh green direction as far as rose goes. You don't need to be a fan of typical rose to appreciate scents like these. The crisp cucumber is nicely done here, in a boutique spa kind of way with the style of laid back, fresh, relaxing yet invigorating vibes.

London is the type of scent that's aquatic but not at all marine - it has a watery quality, but don't worry about running into any seaweed. There's the darker (though not dark overall) base of leather and woods with some very clean patchouli as a contrast to the light dewiness, and the balance is just right.
