What we think:

Firewater is super smoky, in a fiery type of way, and extremely unique! We've rarely smelled anything close to it. It's very intense, and great if you love these type of "authentic fire" scents, which we do.

As it progresses, it has a slight sweetness to the smoke in the middle phase. The osmanthus gives it an apricot-like lightness on top of the smoky woods, like an opening in a clearing with some sun filtering in.

As it dries down further, it stays smoky but in more of a "drinking a glass of gingerale next to a wooden log burning in a fireplace" type of way. We love it from start to finish!
