What we think:

Ching Shih is totally different than we expected, but in an interesting way - we respect that they didn't go the obvious route with this notes list! Judging by the notes and concept, we thought it would be really intense, extreme, and challenging. It's actually much more subtle than that, yet still fits the "legendary elusive pirate" inspiration. There's a watery feel to it, a brightness seen through a mirage, a soldered off edge, and a "je ne sais quois" feel that makes it intriguing. We like it!
