What we think:
Consort is a very high quality take on a fresh green fragrance that segues into some smooth florals with vetiver and then a more earthy (though still fresh) base. Some "fresh" fragrances end up smelling cheap or thin, but Consort has a lot of depth and feels more potent.
The opening is a refreshing burst of brightness from the pink pepper, with one of the best takes on lime that we've smelled. Often, when lime is used as a note, it ends up smelling either too sour or too one dimensional. The way it's blended here is perfect! To us it's reminiscent of scents like Elysium during the middle phase, and overall we prefer it to Aventus, which it’s sometimes compared to.
