What we think:
Amber, woods, elegant spice, smooth and high quality vanilla, brisk juniper, sultry incense, and oud. The rose here is very well-blended and done in a more modern way than the typical "rose & oud" scent profile. Although there's an intensity to aspects of the scent overall, the oud itself is very calm - not pungent or challenging. The papyrus also doesn't make it overly dry, and the labdanum has a very intriguing and alluring quality. The drydown gets a bit more earthy and herbal, but it always stays much more smooth and easily wearable than the typical oud scent.
