What we think:

Ambra Nera is a nice smooth resinous toasted golden amber labdanum scent - warm and slightly balsamic with a smooth dry powdery quality. It's not nearly as spicy or really at all green like the notes list might make you think, though those notes (like galbanum and oakmoss) maybe add some nuance to this that isn't always in the typical amber labdanum resinous scent. But they don't steal the show, that's for sure.

We think it smells really nice and is a great versatile amber scent that would smell good on just about anyone! To us this is a golidlocks style amber - not too sweet, not too dark, just right for a classic yet modern amber feel. Very high quality for the price too. A quintessential amber scent!
