What we think:

Zoologist Harvest Mouse starts out in an orange blossom "creme savers"-like way, for those who are familiar with that candy. (Not that it's that level of sweet by any means, just that kind of scent profile mixed in with a little wheat and incoming green.) When the hay/beer come in, we really like how bread-y it makes it.

It retains some level of mild sweetness throughout, with the drydown being more of a sweetgrass/hay/slightly balsamic woods in a faded bakery for me. Nice! We think it smells good, intriguing and unique.
