Hey everyone! We're temporarily limiting orders to ensure that packages continue to ship quickly. Here's some additional info with FAQs:
1. What? Why?
Fast shipping has always been important to us. When our orders backlog gets too long, we temporarily close to make sure all existing orders are shipped quickly. We would rather make less revenue and be able to ship orders quickly than take your money and keep you waiting for too long.
2. How do I know if you're open and taking orders right now or not?
You can always see the "Current Status" section at the top of our Updates page. When we're not taking orders, the cart also won't allow you to proceed with checking out.
In the meantime, you can also use the Wishlist feature to save items you want to order!
3. Can I be notified when the store re-opens?
We don't have notifications sent when the store re-opens, but it's rarely closed for more than a few days at a time! You'll generally be able to see a "reopening by" date on the Updates page.
4. How long are you taking to ship? Does this affect transit time?
The reason that we do temporarily closures is so shipping time for existing orders isn't affected :)
Most orders ship within 48 hours, and all orders ship within 3 business days. You may not receive a shipping email until the next business day after it ships, based on certain Shopify settings.
We have no control over transit time after a package is dropped off at the post office. But if USPS does lose your package in transit, we'll take care of you!
5. If I'm fine waiting longer for it to ship, can I place an order now?
We'd love to say yes - but if we take the time to approve orders on a person by person basis, it would result in slower shipping for everyone. At some point in the future when our staff is big enough, we will of course be open 24/7 again!

Even when the store is temporarily closed for orders, we're still working 7 days a week to keep up with packing orders, decanting, sourcing inventory and supplies, and more. The last thing we want is to limit orders! We know how exciting it is to try new fragrances, and we love being part of others getting to do so.
