What we think:
Wow, Asphalt Rainbow does a great job of executing on the concept, which is inspired by street art. It has a vivid "spray paint on asphalt"-like accord in the opening, with a varnish-style rose. Even if you don't normally like rose, it's very original in the way it's done here. The scent itself is very unique overall; aside from maybe certain scents by Comme des Garcons we haven't smelled anything close to this!
By the drydown, it turns into a more floral fragrance, so it balances a more avant garde opening with a more easily wearable later phase.
