What we think:
Vetiver de Pierre opens with a deep, dark, rich vetiver with a very slight powder vibe at the same time (from the cacao and tonka), almost like a high quality take on a masculine shaving cream if it was more rich and dark. There's tobacco and what feels like a peppery kick, yet the whole thing is also very smooth. Although there's cocoa, it's absolutely not a gourmand - the chocolate just adds background nuance. As it progresses, it becomes more caramelized but still smooth and not cloying at all.
Bottom line: A super high quality rich vetiver scent with depth.
