Monsieur Beauregard is so well done. It's high quality, rich, and classy, in a way that comes across as sexy rather than stuffy (unlike some classy fragrances). There's an intriguing side to it, with an addictive warm spice and citrus opening that brings slightly creamy orris swooping in. This leads to a nice sandalwood and tonka in the base. Even if you don't normally like patchouli, it's very well-blended with the warm spice here and is not pungent or dirty.
To us, Monsieur Beauregard executes all of the notes here perfectly. Every note has it's place and is blended in just the right way with the others. So good!
