What we think:

Gingerbread is a very rich, dense, and elegant take on a gingerbread scent! Super high quality as with all things Pineward. It has warm, enveloping spice but isn't too sharp or intense, and sweet warm molasses and brown sugar without being overly syrupy sweet. There's also fresh wheat, and some slightly creamy almost salted butter in the mix - but again not too much of an over the top gourmand way. A classy, high end version of a gourmand that can also pass as not being a gourmand as well. Extremely well done!
