What we think:

We don't normally like patchouli, especially not chocolatey style patchouli (even though we like chocolate as a note in general), but we enjoy this! The chocolate is very tasty yet soft here, it's not over the top sugary but it's still milk chocolate style and not bitter. The vanilla, amber, and orris combine into a tonka-like accord with a little powderiness that works well. There are very soft fruity nuances, but overall it's not a fruity fragrance. The musk is present but not overpowering, and the cedar doesn't get too dry. Overall very well-blended, and may appeal to many who normally don't like patchouli! Warm Patchouly no. 68 is a cozy, inviting scent.
